black paint code?

Anybody know that paint codes for the following paint jobs:

diamond black pearl

and

black magic pearl.

Don't know which mine is, i thought it was diamond black yet the vw guy said the other!  :-\

Look in your service schedule book or there should be a sticker in your car somewhere. You will have the vin number on this , engine code, gearbox code,paint code etc..

they are both the same colour, just given different names by the different VAG brands -

Diamond Black (VW) = Black Magic (Audi/Skoda/Seat?)

Therefore if you buy the touch up paint from the dealer it will most likely be labelled as Audi Black Magic.

Lift the carpet in your boot there is a sticker with a load of numbers on it, one of them is the paint code.

Hiya' it's my first time on here, so I don't realy know what I'm doing!  ???

Right, anyway the paint code for Black Magic Pearl is C9Z, and as always with VW there is two different shades of the colour! You'd be better off going and getting the car professionally matched just so you get the right shade.
