He's right. If they rotten on the outiside they're dust inside. They rot from the inside out where the water from the hood drains out through the sills. The drain holes in the sills get clocked and they fill with water. I've driven one where you could hear it sloshing around.

Best bet is an Eunos over an MX5 as being imports they've generally spent less time in our salty winters.

Only trouble is Eunos = ££££ on insurance over even a 1.8 MX-5.

Pffft, done a weeks holiday in cornwall with 2 of us no probs. Going to France for 2 weeks in one next year. Packing. You're doing it wrong.

Expensive insurers tho.

No one will accept business NCB. Admiral are the only affordable ones and it goes over 5k on a Eunos.

Cheers tho. I reckon I'll be buying one Feburary ready for July.
