i no the valance is fitted as standard thought maybe one was scuffed and needed replacing..

US rub strip requires quite a bit of work to fit on standard mk4 bumper then again chris has lots of money and will have the rest of the bumper on order aswell

i am right in saying the us rub strip is longer on the sides?

ive been told by about 2inches shows how much deeper the us one is !!

well someone on here told me they had to take 2inches off i beleive may have read wrong.. but the us bumpers are a fair bit deeper.. they are more like the r32 bumpers in depth wise..

The US rub strip was nearly right, Its A Jap spec rub strip with smaller number plate recess
