Scrap what I said about being fitted with 288's; just been out and measured them; 312's are fitted.........

God they're crap

I'd check your pads first as I don't seem to have a problem with my brakes mate... Maybe I just ain't pressing the pedal hard enough

Or you're not going fast enough to need to stamp on them  :lipsrsealed:

keep your eyes peeled i've seen these come up for around £350 on forums

Yeah I've missed out on a couple of kits   Mind you I'm not exactly flush with cash after my most recent purchase

Any idea's if you can get upgraded callipers but retain the 312mm discs? That way I can keep my 16's for winter.......

Aldi got its slightly overdue service this morning......although if you believe the service reminder I've still got around 6000 miles to go; best reset that!

Thanks goes to my mates Darren for doing the oily bit and Grant for the loan of his garage

Back on 18's and rocking a complete set of Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta's

Clock ticked past 43,000 miles this morning; that's 19,000 miles since I bought it less than 18 months ago

It's been a case of 4 times lucky in getting my wheels balanced.........

First place that fitted the tyres didn't do it properly so took it to another place who tried twice and failed to balance the wheels properly.  Thankfully my mate Darren knew of a place so we went there today   Also had 4 wheel alignment carried out so it drives absolutely spot on

Insurance renewed; £2 cheaper than last year and I can travel further

Big shout to my old man as its the last time he'll be sorting out my insurance before he retires next month lol
