Not too sure tbh! If it was me I wouldn't worry about it until you were doing it, sure ya don't need it for fitting, and you need a panel that will hold the twin fan!

Well just been to the scrap yard and picked my self up another intake and throttle body not sure weather to polished it all up to mirror or go for some crazy colour?

i would say mirror.... to "reflect" the theme with your wheels
