bbs bodykit and bumpers

can anyone tell me if there is any bumper that i can match up to my bbs kit i currently have black plastic ones which are ropey to say the least would prefer colour coded ones to be honest

If its the same kit as mine you can only use standard bumpers but they can be painted which is what i intend to do with mine as i have never been happy the bumpers dont match the kit..... try and get a new bumper or a nice condition second hand one.. i just bought a brand new one off fleabay for £8.50... A few places still sell new (pattern) ones

personally i prefer the bumpers black, colour coded bumpers is too much with a BBS kit imo

Agree with RJ.. the only reason i'l be painting mine is because th car is black.. any other colour is too much... best pic i could find, ignor the dents...

no but i dont think i'd want to run without a bumper as i think it helped things when i was in a smash... big valances without bumpers help square up the font compared to those that have nothing.

NICE!!!

I really like the look of the bumperless mk1's but agree that running into something would be a problem, that said it's a problem with a bumper on too!  :grin:

I went to the AGM for a different site the other month and there were many bumperless mk1's, just think they look a little meaner?! certainally not practical but meaner. To put this into context though I have both a cabby and a campaign and both have their bumpers
