am1w had something similar with one of the LED taillights, his sealed LED inner fog light had some polystyrene bits in. Despite it being a sealed unit and not even coming packaged in polystyrene 
I have a dead fly in mine, Care to explain that 1 lol?
I would have a
'bee in my bonnet' if this happened to me.
