Your car looks so much nicer in the pics with the monzas. With those other things on it looks like an ordinary Golf. Sorry.
+1
They will all learn the error of their ways!
MAW is preparing for winter in adavance but unfortunately posts pictures of his car with 'those other things'.
Makes the car look like a granny machine!
That is it in a nutshell, you do have a way wwith words
Hinge and Bracket are at it again. Too much time looking at 2D photos and not enough in the real world. Scirocco wheels look nothing like base model Golf wheels. They fill the arches much better than Monzas do due to their lower offset and also have a nice sporty contour in profile. Golf GTIs and Sciroccos have shared wheel styles since the 1970s.
As much as I love the Monzas which have their own heritage now, they are just as common on Non GTIs as they are on pukka GTIs due to the amount of people with GTIs who upgrade their wheels (again, something that's been hapening since the '70s), and flog them to Diesel owners, plus the numerous replicas which are sold all over ebay.
End of Sunday surmon. Amen.
