Thanks guys, I'm really pleased with them. They look much better on than I expected. I'll try and get some better pics.

p.s. it was hard work getting those wheels on this morning.... I'm glad I went and brought a decent trolley jack first. I felt like I was work experience in Kwik-Fit

am1w - Its a shame you don't like them but please don't fret my dear... the monza's shadows are safely tucked away in the garage awaiting a nice polish and a few coats of wax.

I am so happy to hear this. The Monza Shadows are probably the most beautiful and unusual of wheels. So what if most GTis are shod with them.

I'm not trying to be different, I just fancied a change and have always liked the rocco wheels and the look of FroGTI's car. The Monza shadows are great wheels but to think there the only wheel that will suit a GTI is a bit blinkered IMO. But each to there own and thats what this forum is all about. You might not like them but that your opinions and thats cool with me. So come on now lets have a little cyber man hug and get over this... you know you love the wheels really...
