Smoove, I agree with you.
Undoubtedly the system is going to be loud, but in terms of outright quality less kit of a higher quality would have been the way to go.
As the OP says, none of us have heard it, so no one but him can comment with any authority, but if my experience has taught me anything 6x9's rarely win SQ competitions.
Again, I have to stress, I haven't heard the system, but for me a set of components and and set of 6X9's, some of which would be powered by the amplifier, would be far to rear-heavy and bright for my tastes.
For me, I would have rather ditched all the rear speakers and had a set of top end Focal speakers up front, maybe with some horns for the top end stuff and a very high end source unit. If rear fill was a do-or-die necessity then I would have had a small set of rainbow, DLS or similarly high end co-axials.
