b&q and homebase carpet spray, i used plastikote satin black on my plastics, i will let you know when i find some good spray glue.

Nice one thanks, going to do it all in 5 weeks what's the plastikote like on the plastics?
i get some pics on tomorrow of the ones i did.

when i put the material on do i have to strip the roof down [but then would lose the foam] or can i just past it on and rub it on ?

i left the foam on mine, just covered it with the material, but i have read some people have striped it back to the backing. i didnt want to risk killing the headliner.
