Oh the irony. Take 2 seconds to put to back together, I just cant get the f**king cover off. I came inside to calm down before I snapped something. Going to pop back out in a sec and try again :(

Regarding removing them, your guess is as good as mine. Just take your time, don't snap the original part.. Or the par that's attached to the car for that matter lol..

Ah dont ! Its going to take lots of swearing and lots of effort. Spoke to my garage man today and he said how much of a pain in the arse it is to do as the plastic clips are REALLY stiff. I'm going to give it another go this evening but he said to pop down there tomorrow and he will give it a go.

If I fail tonight, which I probably will hopefully he will get them on tomorrow.

It all looks so easy in the "How to"

Funny you say as thats exactly what he said, he said in a way its good they are stiff so that no one can steal them but that in turns make them a pain to swap over. Cant have it all can you :D

In VW's defense, the average Joe isn't going to be swapping them over much anyway. lol.. Bad for chavs/pikys etc, an inconvenience for for modders lol.
