Start by going to dealers to find out the part number for the heater box that holds the evaporator then search other models that use that system it might be the cheapest way forward unless you want to get an OEM one?

Simply OEM Original Equipment Manufacturing VAG to me and you LOL!
The issue you got is housing the rad and making the air vents circulate around the whole venting system i.e run off the blower from your existing box!
The standard air box only contains a Heater Matrix, but aircon cars have a second evaporator i.e another rad matrix that cools. Instead of holding hot water it holds refrigerant R134a.
 I guess you haven't done any research on this?
Two options buy it from dealers... mega buckus or just find a car thats breaking and nick it out of there car.
By the way you're fuel consumption will increase by 25% due to the compressor that is run off a pulley from the crank so you loose a few horses, but you will be cool.
I did hear a MKIII aircon airbox could be butcherd to fit, but don't qoute me on that...

Parts:
Compressor
Aircon bracket to hold Compressor, Alternator + PAS.
Pressure pipes to bulkhead with service valves
Electrical loom from heater controls to compressor.
