Exhaust Fitment (rear Bracket)

Hi all.

Today i have been trying to fit a new Scorpion Backbox to my 8v Golf Gti.

Ive done pretty much everything, but im confussed about the rear bracket on the new backbox. It seems way to large and just looks totally different to a standard bracket from my old vw backbox.

Do Small Bumper golfs have different Rearboxes to big bumper golfs, as this may be the problem?

Has any 1 else had this sort of problem?

no they dont have different rear boxes. does the scorpion not have another bracket that you are meant to use

basically you unbolt the originial bracket and bolt on the scorpion one. i had to do something similar with my magnex
