I agree with Wayne. How many times have you had someone come at you with HIDs, and have to slow down, or be dazzled? Drive safe, and there is no need for brighter lights

its not gonna dazzle no more than any new car which had hids from the factory, the only ones that dazzle badly is when they are fitted into non projector lamps and the light all over the place

Bang on Mate....looks loads better with the black slats. I did this to mine and if you look at Dom069's on here he has done it to his red GTI. Looks loads better.

Also it's not really about the non-projector lamps, but more about the k's. Some idiots drive with 10k HIDs....Now that's fooking dazzling.

Looking great If I were you i'd leave them black and spray the slats black.

I was a bit sceptical about doing mine at 1st so I used an old debadged grill I had lying around as a test, but once it was on I loved it 

I just need to get smoked fogs & indicators to set it off!

Just fitted my quads with some spanking new surrounds, was originally gonna coulour code but I quite like em as they are, think they look good with the smokes fogs and graphite badges.

You know your smoked fogs, you do them yourself or buy them?
