Golf GTI Sunroof question

Hi guys picked up Mk5 Golf GTI today, and im not sure if something is missing from my sunroof, it all works fine but there is no fabric slide tray to cover the sunroof up from inside, is this right, as i find it odd that its not covered at all when closed
i hope that makes sense

That's odd.... mine has got one... not sure that sounds right.

It should have an interior sliding blind.

Thanks guys i didnt think it was right, i will get in contact with the garage
also came with no manual for the stereo so im unsure which model i have, is there anyway of finding out which model i have, i wont play MP3's on a cd :embarassed:

Yeah definatly missing garage is looking for it, i just cant think why it would have been removed. i enquired with a VW dealer who quoted me about £200 for blind and it could be upto 4 hours labour to fit?
amazes me how they come up with these figures

Post a pic of your radio up and we'll tell you what one it is. I, like you, cant work out how the hell you dont have a blind for the sunroof, very bizarre
