I havent tested a GTI or anything but that was my first choice car to get but with the price of petrol here in ireand (134.9 cpl) i think that it would just be too expensive to run so i decided to go with the GTD because i would get more mgp with comparable performance to the GTI.

The GTD is a brilliant car , Its better than the gti by far , bring on the comments from the GTI boys!!

I was going to order leather but i perfered the look of the cloth.

Excellent decision. Even if the leather had been a no-cost option, I'd still have got the cloth

Do I detect gratuitous provocation here? The GTI has crap fuel economy and range (I barely get 400 miles between fill-ups), but I do feel slightly superior whenever I go past a GTD

And i would presume 'R' drivers feel slightly superior when they drive past a GTI!!!!

Of course, that's the natural pecking order. When I'm in the GTI and get overtaken by an Aston Martin, or a Bentley, I feel like a commoner

The GTD is much more superior every way also white is the fastest coulor , bring it on
