They're pretty east to remove when you know how, turn the glass allthe way inwards and you should be able to see inside the mirror and you should be able to see the back of the cover and there's about 4 pairs of clips that need to be pushed together to pop the cover off. I broke the first cover I took off coz I didn't realise this so take care when doing it :smiley:

It's a great little project, like you say it's your workhorse, it's good to see you have a bit of fun with it rather than just mosey along in a little white van.  :cool:
