Sorry guys But after i fitted new fuel filter it seemed a bit better but i think the problem was the relay getting wet so i fitted another one & all now seems fine.
Now how the hell do i insert a pic.

did you check the drain holes in the scuttle panel are not blocked, that can be a cause of the fusebox getting wet
