so many mates having mk2s years ago are part of why i chose VW for my last 2 years.. i love the build quality.

thats really fast!  if some bloke can make that then imagine what volkswagen can do!

i thought that alls theses modern fast engines were a new thing!

turns out the americans built faster cars in the 80's!

dodge did a prototype.... interceptor turbo which was used in the film the wraith!

it was a big race are like they always have but it had
a simple 2.2 twin turbo dohc 16v cosworth head!
and bosch l jectronic injection!

ah simple mechanics! you say nothing really special is it and were talking 1984 here!
what is amasing is that this engine was put in a car which was massive and the best part is what the car produced!

400 bhp! it did 0-60 in 4.1 seconds! 194 mph top speed
and did 30mph on highway! and 23 mpg onver 150mph!

thats pretty amasing! seen as that was back in 1983!
its in the cheapest country for petrol and petrol was so fcuking cheap back then and it went that fast yet it was put in a car which is far far bigger than the vr6!

thats amasing! it just shows what they CAN do!
