The front bottom is easy. Just jack up the car, Take out two bolts, put the bar between the two bolts so the holes line up, then do the bolts back up.
A tire shop did it for me for ?10, i couldnt do it my self becuase you need a torque wrench to do it and i didnt want to spend ?60 on one. The top mounted one will go on some time later in the week i hope. The rear one has to waight because of the stupid 2nd silencer on the exhaust blocking its way. Gonna cost ?60 to replace the 2nd silencer with piping then fit the bar. Ill get that done after new-year.
The bar does make the front a LOT more solid. Getting more vibration through the peddles tho especially when im taking off from a standing start. I think im gonna have to tighten all the bolts just to be sure. Cant wait to get the other two on the car. Im gonna fit some Sparco anti-roll bars and adjustable coilovers to really get the car to turn well

**EDIT**
Heres an image of what i mean, Basically the bar just fills the gap between the two bolts. The bar is a lot thicker than the subframe, they re-enforce it.
