Being a small boy (again) can be fun!
« on: 10 May 2010, 21:08 »
I had a bit of a small boy moment yesterday. Was bringing some wood for a friend and had the boot open. Exhaust made a nice pop so I decided to investigate. Went out to an empty car part in the evening and opened up the boot. Gave it the boot a couple of times in 1st and 2nd.

Slight drawback is that the fumes and dirt can get sucked in. But I was cleaning it today anyway so I didn't mind.

Of course I must encourage everyone to drive sensibly and avoid behaving irresponsibly.

Too far from the rear where the exhausts are. Besides the wind noise will mask the exhaust note!

I love the noise from the exhaust when you change gear around the 3500 / 4000rpm mark.  Is it the turbo dump valve or something?  Like a thudding noise.  I dont need the boot open to hear that.

Windows Vista was a mess, like that hideous mess that was Windows Millenium...

XP Profesional at work and Windows Vista Business at home. The former on a lousy network  with 20.000+ pcs and the latter with no problems with 50 Mb broadband. Really super fast!
But I am lousy with computers.
