yes mate the red 5 door, just getting loads of parts together first, already got my wheels just refurbing and my coilovers just saving up my penny's for some cosmetic work, hoping to have it looking something like for elsacar in march

My Passat tank got its mug in golf+ last month was wel happy

right sorry for the delay xmas and all plus seem to be having a lot of deaths in the family so role n 2011, bagged myself some TA tech coilovers for £130 with a load of extra new engine parts as well so was a good find pepper pots are all sanded down ready for some paint role on the new season
sorry to hear you've suffered from loses.... good to hear your back on to the car... remind me, what colour are you painting you wheels?

they are pepper pots, thinking of doing them black to keep with the look of the car, i have already vynal wrapped the centre caps in matt black, i think it give a much better finish thank matt black paint, alloys are a pain just sanding down the paint and cleaning them up with a wire brush

been very crap last 6 weeks, my 2 uncles died on the same weekend 1 on a saturday and 1 on the sunday then my grandad decided to pop his cloggs on christmas day, at least we got dinner out the way befor he died lol he's been ill for 10 years so he is in a much better place

no they arent difficult just alot of corrosion under the paint did u polish the lip yourself, tempted to polish the lip

TBO I haven't touched these wheels yet, I got these off tony_ack a few months ago.. They need a refurb but not badly.  will decide what to do with them later...  Last set I did i stripped and got powder coated all the same colour but now i think they look better with a lip.
