Erith you say, that’s my neck of the woods. I live in Belvedere and I always fill up with V Power at the Shell garage on the duel carriage way between Erith and Crayford. The one that’s near the big Ford garage.

To be honest I never really look at the price per litre as I know it’s ridiculous, I just hand over my debit card and my Shell Points card and just hope I have money in the bank to pay for it ha ha!
Mrk V, GTI, 3dr, DSG, heated seats, winter pack, cruise control, rear parking sensors and now thanks to GizzyWizzy and SteveP in the MK6 section a RCD 510. Awesome!

But to be fair i used normal shell unleaded at £1.16 per ltr. I agree with steve wer'e getting shafted at the mo

Really? About a year ago the difference between std unleaded and v power for me was about 10ppl, at the moment it's 6ppl with unleaded at £1.20 & v power at £1.26 (I'll be filling up (with v power) at a shell station in guildford with unleaded listed as £1.18 tonight, will see what the v power cost difference is there.

So actually I think we're getting a very good deal atm.

From the shell garage in Erith it's always been 7p per litre premium for vpower. the same goes for a shell garage in wales that I use.

Where I live near Dartford the robbing F**kers at my local Shell always price V Power at 10ppl more, where as in town it's 7ppl more and starts at 4ppl lower, but just not worth driving into town to save 7ppl. Currently paying £132.9 a litre for V Power.

Although the GTI is long gone, my M3 will not run smoothly on normal unleaded, and it's as fast as filling 1 tankful of normal unleaded before the car gets juddery low down.  Have back to back tested tankfuls and they are that sensitive to it.  Some M3's act like this, others seem fine without it, although mine is tuned which probably accounts for some of the issues.
