36psi at cold.

Generally you can bank on at least another 2psi above that when hot. I've seen much more than that on my tyre pressure monitoring system :smiley:

The lower the pressure and the walls will get hot trying to support the tyre's lack of pressure.
Too much pressure and the tyres when warmed up and the base of the tyre will bulge under pressure giving a smaller contact point, prematurely wearing the tyre and giving you less traction.

For normal road use 35 to 38 psi is considered "in range" at cold.

So below 30 psi or above 40 psi you should be adjusting your pressures.

For the 1/4 mile and trackdays things are different though :wink:
