Very true about it being early days.

What we need is capristo to make a system for the Mk6 like they did for the R32 - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CV-XzSo1if4

wow
They even use the same design software i use at work

The Apr sounds nice. Just a few months ago, I am thinking about Milltek/VW Racing. Now there are just too many to pick!
Both Remus and Supersprint also do one for our cars! Akrapovic will probably be the lightest and loudest of them all!

Never heard of them and no big ugly silencer, but prob make it sound like a scooby

Theres nothing that special there that most good engineering places or custom engineering/design place won't have from that video. Tig welders, pipe benders, cnc, flow jet only thing is missing would be rolling road and experience in gas flow of cause  (the important bits  ). The guy welding in that video is not the best, not bad, but not the best

I guess you are not into motorbikes
I like you will save 6.5kg in weight and sounds like a Ducati. What I don't like is they charge £££ for what is effective two straight pipes with a connecting pipe from the CAT!

TBH, if I hadn't known what I was supposed to be listening for, I doubt I would have noticed any difference. Makes the GTI sound slightly vulgar, IMO.
