Fitting Boost guage

Got my boost guage to fit and it came in 2 parts, the LED guage and the vacuum inlet seperate, both have wires coming out, i don't understand as thought theyre one unit i wire in and put vac from FPR job done

Anyone know how they supposed to go?

From your description I would have said the vac part is a sensor which sends the figures top the readout?

sounds like you have an electronic gauge with Gauge and sender. if so vac pipe runs from fpr vac line to sender unit and the wires from sender unit to gauge.

Do i wire just cross the sender wires with the guage(colour to colour) then wire up to ignition live/earth

i'd just wire them together jord then wire them up as normal!

Looks like mine I've just fitted, black will be earth, red live and green is sender, I joined to each matching colour and then add extra length wire to reach fuse box and vac line connects to sender job done  :grin:

So basically if i understand right,

Vac sender/guage cross red/red, black/black, green/green then run red to ignition 12v and black to earth. Job done?
