Proud dad!
« on: 17 March 2010, 19:16 »
hi all my name is dean and i am the new proud dad of a mk2 gti 8v 5dr.
car is completely standard and i want to keep it that way but for one thing...

the lock nut has been lost and so has the key for the teardrop wheel centre caps.
this calls for some new wheels (safety grounds obviously)
what do you think?
do p-slots fit mk2's?
or should i go to 16v bbs'?

Welcome to the site, hope you enjoy the new car.

Don't restrict yourself to prescriptive definitions of what you can and can't do. Be creative. You're looking for 14/16in 4x100 et 37(ish) centre bore 57.1 everything else is up to you. That's before you get sucked into arch work, spacers and stretched tyres

Good luck

You don't own a Mk2, you support it.
