Dodo juice purple haze

I`ve got some dodo juice ph pro on order,can i use a cloth to apply this or do you have to use a applicator ?.The reason i ask is because it don`t have any if i need them will halfords have them .

Just looked on halfords website they sell them so i should be able to get one if needed.
