Will this fit my car?

Passat 2001 steering wheel..........Will it fir straight onto my 96 golf 8v without any special boss etc?

What can I fit to bring the wheel a bit more up to date with just a straight swap? Anything? :huh:

Passat fits a Golf mk4 so I can't see why this wont fit a mk3 with some modding.
