It's likely to be the same but there about 4 different types with the same part number but differnt last letter. I paid a tenner private breaking. If you go to get it take a size 28 (I think) ring spanner or adjustable grips and pocket the temp swith off the rad in front of the battery as these can die to. Also a new expansion tank cap too. Ive seen the seals go which don't allow the system to pressurise = expansion take violetly loses water.

Good luck with this because mine did this just after all that snow. Turns out the water pump packed in which was caused by the weather and a head gasket gone. Have a look down the black tube which runs over the timing belt cover. I looked at mine a few times on the dipstick and under oil filler cap. Then when I found out what it was and started stripping the head that pipe was full of yellow mayonaise. I had Replaced the fan control unit under the expansion tank, the temp guage and the fan swith on rad befor I found out it was a head gasket too.

Yeh just had new head gasket fitted and timing belt etc. It's just started to do it 2 days ago, i think the water pump is on it's way out as the water is making it's way out of the expansion tank through the overflow onto the switch below. It's not the head gasket so i think the pump as gone or going causing the water to get too hot in the engine and the water pump is not kicking in. Where did you get the new box from with the fuse etc. Thanks.

Hey guys

Sorted he fan issue out. I took the box off underneath the expansion tank and shuck all the water out of it, Dries it with the hairdryer lol and put it all back together and now it's fine hehe, hope it lasts
