or some dealers cant be arsed with the hassle

hit nail on the head there.... some cant be bothered but i have a trade account with a south yorkshire group who are spot on. But when I asked he couldn't find any info on deep spoilers and asked for a part number (the original one wasn't recognised either!)




ill have a word with my contact at leeds and try get some concrete info

I will just say, the one I bought from eBay (cheap jobbie) hasn't actually popped out yet, unlike my last one which did and had to be screwed in. Not damaged or broken yet and went over a significantly large speed bump yesterday. Heard it scrape but still intact.

By any chance is yours made of polypropylene?? or ABS???

You'll find ABS material to be really tough/brittle

and Polypropylene to be tough/flexible. Hense why these lower bumper splitters are much better made from this material for obvious reasons.

Needed one of these also and have bought one from eurowagons.com as per 1st thread, looks good so hope
it will fit ok, for £20 im not too bothered as long as its somewhere near.
Anything has to be better than the half spoiler i have on at the minute.
Will update when its fitted.
