Ordered 28/10/2009. BW07 confirmed. production complete 10/02/2010. Arrived at dealers 17/02/2010. Driving on a 10 plate 01/03/2010.

I'm picking up my brand new Pearl Black GTI at 0900 Monday  :laugh: :drool:

My horror story with the 'rejected' GTI, after 2 months of hell, is finally almost over.  I even try and avoid driving it as I know it is going back.

BTW, I haven't really got on with the DSG box (a bit frustrating), so I'm so pleased I'm going back to manual  :wink:

Paid a deposit back in July last year had to wait 7 months due to low allocation, get mine on Monday the wait is over.

Mine's still at the docks.. it's going to get a birthday card at this rate.. what a complete joke. The could be my first and last VW if this is something you have to always put up with  :angry: :angry:

Picking mine up at 11am tomorrow.

Hopefully they will have the correct registration on the car by now after getting the numbers mixed up and i've noticed some people haven't been getting the iPOD cable with the car, so hopefully that will be there too as i can't be bothered arguing  :smiley:
