Looks awful

Agreed. They have actually managed to make Monzas even uglier!

Unsurprisingly, +1

Love the Detroits and the LEDs but hate the ride height.
Don't they have potholes or speed humps in Germany?

Nothing like the ones we have over here... Germany highways are like silk compared to GB

Says the guy who made his car look like a GTD.

You really don't like people criticising Monzas, do you! Sore point, is it? I suspect deep down you know damn well they are the fugliest wheels ever designed, but just won't admit it.

No, I actually dont mind others, I just dont f**kin like you. So shut it diesel boy.

"Some say, he's trying to make sure the whole forum think Glasweigans are angry and confrontational... and that
he's more quoted than Shakespeare. All we know, is he's callled VWKev".

I really, REALLY, REAAALLLLYYY dislike the silver lip in these alloys. It makes the paint job look unfinished.

The GTD is like a blow up doll. The GTI is like a proper woman. Sure the doll might last longer, and the woman might have higher running costs, but which would you rather have?

ETTO. Looks bodge and it reminds me of mid-90's spec Japanese car wheels.

Either have silver wheels, or black wheels that are finished.

I was over in England for a few days last week and was amazed by some of the potholes I came across. Some of them needed a 4x4 to get out of  I know we've all just had a $hitty winter and all, but wow, some local councils really need to pull their fingers out. I was just grateful I was in my Transit van and not the GTI with its fragile alloys!

They have filled alot of the ones near me. This mainly consisted of dumping a load of tar in them.... lasted a whole 3wks before they start to ruin the rest of the road also :undecided:
