thanks, but lost interest now, couldnt care less if they are there or not.

Bet you've already looked. If they are missing you may need new fog lamps in the not too distant future.

By the way Kevin, please don't be be such an idiot all the time.

I was trying to be helpful, certainly won't be bothering with you again.

You have picked up what I said and took it completely the wrong way. Wither you bother with me in the future or not makes no ends to me. You are the f**kin least of my worries.

Maybe this will help.

Very helpful pic, ta muchly.

I knew about this problem before I picked my car up, but I was so excited and thrilled on the day that I didn't check a damn thing!  I'd have spotted if it had only had three wheels, but that's about it.  I've been meaning to check that point ever since.

Yesterday I just happened to park in the village with the front wheels turned sharply to the right.  The sun was behind the car, and thanks to that picture is was easy for me to see both covers were in place, exactly as they should be.  Which was quite a relief, as I wouldn't care to have been driving all winter without them.

Penguin, have you had any joy from that dozy dealer yet?

Rolfe.

For those that are interested, I had one side where the cover disappeared three times so eventually it went in for the plastic bit of the arch where the cap fits to be replaced.  Seems to have sorted it but just seen a mates GTI and his covers seem to have been fixed into place with some big screws so maybe veedub know they are falling out and have issued a fix?

Erm no, It was more the fact you said you had many friends PM'ing you about me and that your best mate was JV so I had better be careful. Yes and also the fact you wouldnt come to Glasgow to meet me. It's also easy to laugh behind a computer. You PM me your address and I'll be at your door next time I'm down in London.
