Any recommendations on where to relocate the ambient sensor?

On my last pair I fitted it in the flat faced part of the lower fluted section of the bumper just to the right of where it's originally fitted, that way it wasn't obstructing the ducting i had installed.
Or simply drill a hole in the new vent in the same place as the original one.
