Nice car, same as mine but ive got a few less valves

Less than 8?!!

I did the badges the same colour as the wheels, I only have this picture of midway through the process though, they look quite good if I do say so myself.

Exactly what he said with the addition of black badges  :afro::wink:

Im lovin the idea of tinting stuff at the front, still havent got the balls to attempt the joey mod though.  Maybe when Ive got enough cash for spare headlights I will do it!

 thought yours was a 16v, badge looks good.

Another small update - my 'bargain' second hand G max kit wasnt such a bargain in the end as one of the shocks is super soft and bouncy, had to tap my mum up for the cash to buy some new front shocks, which I will probably get a garage to fit as I cant be arsed with doing it again.

You buy cheap, you buy twice.

Also, I noticed that the girlfriends polo had smoked side repeaters, which are now looking nice on the side of of my motor!

She wont even notice. Pics to come later.

Pay a garage to do a job you can do   It will be so much easier now you have done it once and the bolts will be easier this time. Sae some cash and get it done yourself Mate. The spare cash would buy a nice deep splitter.

The stolen side repeaters.  :lipsrsealed:

And at £80 to fit the front shocks I'll probably end up doing it myself.

Fitted the new shocks today, it certainly took alot less than the 9 hours it took me the first time round  I also used new top mounts and then had the geometry and tracking sorted out. Feels good now.
