Alrite i've looked around for ages now on different ideas with the ABF into a mk2 , there is so many different ideas of using the ABF head with a 9a block and KR cams as i read that using the KR cams only actually does any good the in 9a block, thats just the bottom end questions , i see alot of people are talking about taking the Injection system off the ABF scraping that and using the mk2 k-jet? I've got a ABF stripped down at home and just wanting to rebuild it but after reading into these different idea's i just want two make sure that when i fit it its going to be worth it and done right ,
So as im at this stage now and i could esaly just get the 9a bottom end and the KR cams is this worth it as the only people i see do this is from the begining not actually having the ABF then seeking the other bits , Either setup i'd really like to be going for the best i can get with this i'd fit new rings/shells/bearings full rebuild with port and polish ,get a 4 branch manifold with a Decat and sort out fitting a proper cold air feed and have a full system exhuast with just the one silecner

Just after any info people could provide on this weather it be the engine ideas or what gearbox is the best i've got a 020 but also read they arnt really up for it then saw something about a 3.9d final drive ? ,
