Definatly.. they need to stop selling them to the 'wrong people' before they're just another rep car.. and bring it back to basics

hopefully the GTI version will help redeem it slightly but i imagine it will be very close to the mk5/ mk6 again!

 It definitely looks like the Astra, not a great move !!

 I've just bought a MK5 which personally I think looks better than the MK6 - if I'm honest though I don't think many of the VW models have anything distinctive in the looks department (Roc is the exception), it's more about the driving experience/convenience factor

Front is too thin, and the rear is way too high.  Reminds me of my old clio (mk2) that had a fat arse which sat too high, which no amount of "slammage" would fix.

poor effort VW.  Ill stick to the oldies for now  :evil:

I don't like the grill, it needs the red strips on the grill.  It's just a mk6 with the rear end from the new Focus.
