13" wheels

I need a set of very, very cheap wheels to put on my car while my RA's are away been refurbed. They will not be driven on, I just want to be able to move the car if I have to.

I have found a set of 13" steels, but will the fit over the front brakes on my 1990 16V?

Or if anyone else has a set of completely knackered wheels and tyres that are cluttering up your back garden, let me know.

13"s will not fit over the front brakes.
