Personally I'd jump at the chance of a physical car rather than a shot in the dark delivery date factory order as long as it had some of the spec I wanted.
Bits like rear camera, sensors, RNS or wheels can be added afterwards at any time you felt the need.
Changing paint colour might be a bit more involved
but I guess there's always vinyl wrap.....
