well you obviously have never heard of the age old method of transport called walking my friend which is a much more sensible option then driving my gti 1.5 mile into work and then paying £10 a day parking in the city centre, when its probably just as quick to work considering traffiv

going into newcastle haha, wudnt say zoomed but doing about 40 i just caught the front in a glance then had a nice stare at the rear

I live near middlesbrough and have been into Lookers VW yesterday but no sign of any MK6 GTI's let alone the Golf R

I'm in Whitby, my dealer is Des Winks in Scarborough but as far as I know they don't have an R yet, though they do have about 6 GTI's on 09 and 59 plates.
