out of curiosity why have you chosen to have a vr put in as aposed to an exciting engine?

What would you call an exciting engine?

which would you rather have...

a factory mk3 vr6 with correct setup

a base spec mk3 with a vr6 dropped in

a audi BAM engined mk3

I wouldn't do the conversion simply because you could already buy one.
The vr is a great lump, but if it was me, i'd just go and buy one.

agreed, im not really slating the engine its self as i simply dont know enough about it. all i know is its a daft conversion to do.
