could i add these to mine, or do u need the whole unit?

those would fit mate

you just need to source the middle section (called toe eye covers) these are about 18 quid each at the dealer, or find some on the bay, note some replica parts are not as good fit, you also need to get the smoked indicators, about 18 quid each at dealer or again EBAY, theirs replicas that people pass off as genuine and they are not but as long as the price is right and your happy mate

your single piece items on the car at the mo are no good to combine with a REAL fog light set up

think i'll keep my eye out for a full set..........would they be hard to tint a normal set, anyone ever done it?

if its got pistons or tits, either way its gonna be expensive

a full genuine set will be hard to find inless you head to the main dealer.(but then would cost you)


i was lucky to find a full genuine set at a autojumble at a show last year.  :cool:



would be tricky to self tint as they are sealed. . some have done it tho i believe

iv got a spare set of genuine used smoked anniversary fogs,indicators and toe eye blanks

i like all reds but i prefere the modded gti units iv got matey on my car, it suits the look im rocking (black car, OEM+ smoked lights all round etc)

best way mate,its same with mine apart from the rims of course..

iv said it a 1000 times,the mk3 looks best this way,i still think thats the case  :cool:

dude ive got a spare switch if your still after one,as i dont need it anymore as ive just got a vr with fogs on board already.paid 25 pound for it
