...... your right foot never leaves the accellerator (unless you got cruise control) so as you say it would only be to look nice, but for me it would be a bit too much.

I have cruise, that is why I thought it would be good for me.

Check it out, you'd have to find someone that makes one.

Would it be possible for you to do both right and left footrests for a manual Mk6 GTi?
I am interested in these as a pair and would also like the non-screw versions.
