All ya need is a bit of back-up from your GP. Or proof you had to take time off work. Should get a minimum of a grand and if its really bad ?2k plus.

whether she had insurance or not - you hit her, your insurance is gonna fork out.

plus, at the end of the day - its your word against them - your dented front vs their dented rear. from the start you are on a losing streak as you were driving too close to them.

as for this claiming from whiplash - who are you going to claim it from? Statutory Sick Pay?

If thats the case, then all us taxpayers have to fork out!

I will again re-iterate wot i said wen i first wrote this thread-i smacked into the back of her and swapped numbers ::) ,thus accepting responsibility.My only dispute is that he is sayin that he was drivin wen he clearly was not-obviously ::) it is my word against theirs but if it comes to the crunch,i will endeavour to find the witnesses.
As for a claim,i dont recall me sayin i intended too,simply that i was suffering from a sore neck.N if it were the taxpayers,then i am one of them myself,so?! >:(
