Nope, the MOT doesnt test what isnt there i.e. headlight washers and self levelers. You cant fail for something you dont have other than essential legal parts (brake lights etc) A good example is the spare tyre. If you have a bald one in your boot you will fail, if you take the test without it in you will pass.Its merely a test to show the car meets the legal minimum to be on the road.
