Would 16v clocks work as when I was looking 8v go upto 140mph whereas the 16v go upto 160mph. Just out of curiosity would 16v clocks work in the 8v??     Cheers     Deano

So 16v clocks are not really any good in an 8v!!!!  Come on Kells I thought you were the expert on Mark 3 clocks (more hot dinners etc).....

Don't take offence Mate it's just a joke      Cheers     Deano

I have a set of 8v CC clocks and they work fine in  my 16v.
Yes they only go up to 140 mph but as max on a 16v is approx 135 mph then its not a problem.
My ecu is set at 7000 rpm limiter so the 8v counter is fine also.

as above, the clocks read correctly, just you'll never get anywhere near the redline as its too high for the poor little 8v to reach. it can only dream
