The highest it went was 72.6 mpg Rich, but I couldn't take a pic very easily on the M1   it was over a retun trip to Milton Keynes but mainly motorway and dual carriageway sitting on cruise set at 65 - 70, I'm lucky if I get 45 driving round town and to work.

The trip computers are good but they aren't aren't 100% accurate.
I brimmed my last tank with v-power which took 51.40 litres then when the petrol light came on i brimmed with tesco 99 which took 51.90 litres.

So i clocked 315.4 miles and used 51.90 litres

51.90/5.54=9.37 gallons

315.4/9.37= 33.7mpg  :nerd:

My trip computer was reset at the time of fill up and after the 315.4 it read 31.9 (on mode 2) so you could all be getting even more than you realise

Any hows i'm doing the same test again with the tesco 99 fuel to see which is best for my pocket and yes i am tighter than a submarine door

Did you notice any difference in performance? Thinking of using the V-power stuff.

Not a great deal of performance improvement really, It does seem more responsive though & better on the MPG

I always use v power and on th odd time when i have put tescos 99 in mpg has dropped by around3-4 mpg on the same journey, plus don't normally shop at tescos so collect the shell points which i get fuel vouchers for.
MK4 GTI T AGU, REVO Remap, BMC carbon box, Miltek cat back, Forge diverter valve, THS FR3 engine/Gbox mounts, Some random alloys, lowered on coilovers.
