No call back yet from the dealer and its nearly the end of the day don't you just love customer service from dealerships. I feel a letter to who i think is CEO Richard Forman coming on. If only i knew who else to contact as my contact there has left and they never informed me of who else to contact! Don't know who to complain to or anything

Still mad but depressed too. I have said little of whats really gone on in the past (I have previous said the bit about them never telling me of the delay in November, wasted all my free time in December on them but theres much much more, Its put a huge stress on my family on a daily basis :embarassed: etc etc) and im just sick to the back teeth of it all its not like they have lifted a finger to help. All they did was go even more quiet. (probably as my main contact had left!) I feel i have nowere to turn now (and i want to lash out and stuff the dealer back!) Its not like i did not try, my god have i tried, and been patient, more than a saint would have. They say to project manage/DIY house build and move is the most stresful thing in the world they were a brease compared to this :embarassed:
